To the East!

With all the activity over at Mountain Village, I didn't want you to forget that we still have a few sites over at the East Side remaining for purchase!

For those seeking the true ski in-ski out experience, Lot 4 is the last undeveloped single-family lot on Shawnee Peak. It has its own private driveway and offers a mix of trail frontage and tree canopy coverage. In the winter, skiers and boarders can click in and be on the chairlift in less than 10 seconds! After hours, use the slopes for tubing, sledding, etc. (you didn't hear this from me...)

If you act quickly, you can be in your new home by the time the lifts start spinning in December! The price for the 1.4 acre lot is $65,000 and comes with a family ski pass.

As always, please drop me an email or leave a comment if you have any questions.

More Lots!

I know that I've posted a lot about our high-end lots, but we do have a number of available lots starting in the lower $70,000's. These lots all enjoy fantastic views as well and are arguably some of the best lots you can buy for your money.

For you history buffs, the site of Mountain Village was once barren of trees and a place where sheep grazed, supporting the woolen textile industry in western Maine. Remants of the past still abound on the property in the form of extensive stone walls that are meticulously laid out.

As always, here are some more pictures for your viewing pleasure.

Update: Tuesday, July 31st

Right at the end of the access road sits Lot 5, one of my favorite lots in the subdivision. It comes with it's own private entrance and has views that are just as good as the two estate lots up top. Asking price is $165,000. We're ready for you to build the home of your dreams!

Update: Wednesday, July 25th

I had a chance to meander over to the site after Steve Bennett and his crew shut down for the day, as I didn't feel like getting whacked in the head with an excavator bucket. Bennett and his team has done a phenomenal job building the road, which is nearly complete!

Below, you'll find a nice montage of some before and after pictures I've taken. I truly cannot wait for the finished product and I think you'll love it as well. There's still plenty of time to buy and begin construction for the upcoming ski season!

King of the Hill

This could be you. Wake up and have your coffee on your wraparound deck, staring at Tuckerman's Ravine as you plot your spring ski ascent (or a winter hike if you're hardcore), or turn your chair and look at Moose Pond, fantasizing about ice fishing, snowmobiling, or waterskiing.

Lot 11 is available for 230,000. At just under 8 acres, this estate lot can be enjoyed for generations to come.
